Costa Health is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic with two locations on the Costa del Sol, in Marbella and Riviera del Sol. We offer evidence-based treatment from chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, sports massage therapists, a GP and golf performance specialists. We focus on getting you moving better and recovering faster.

Where is Costa Health located?

Costa Health has two clinics. Our Marbella clinic is at The Clubhouse Marbella, C. Juan Belmonte, Nueva Andalucia, 29660 Marbella. Our original clinic is at Calle Topacio de Riviera 2, Local 1, Riviera del Sol, 29649 Mijas. Both are easily accessible from across the Costa del Sol.

Do you treat visitors to Spain or just residents?

We treat both residents and visitors to the Costa del Sol. Whether you're living here long-term or visiting briefly, our practitioners are experienced with temporary patient care and can see you quickly without the language barrier.

What is the difference between chiropractic, osteopathy and manual therapy?

Chiropractic, osteopathy and manual therapy all involve hands-on treatment, but they come from slightly different traditions and philosophies. Chiropractic traditionally focuses on the relationship between the spine, the nervous system and overall function. Treatment often includes specific spinal adjustments designed to improve joint mobility, reduce irritation to surrounding structures and support optimal nerve communication. Osteopathy is based on the principle that the body functions as an integrated whole. Osteopaths assess and treat not only the area of pain, but also related structures that may be contributing to imbalance. Techniques can include joint mobilisation, soft tissue work, stretching and, where appropriate, spinal manipulation. Manual therapy is a broader term that refers to hands-on techniques used to treat muscles, joints and connective tissues. It can include mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue release and rehabilitation techniques. Many practitioners from different backgrounds use manual therapy as part of their treatment approach. In reality, the differences are often less about the title and more about the individual practitioner. Training backgrounds overlap, and many clinicians integrate techniques from multiple disciplines to provide the most effective care. What matters most is not the label, but finding a practitioner whose assessment style, explanation and treatment approach suit you. We tailor care to your individual needs, drawing on a broad range of techniques to help you move better and feel better.

Wooow what an amazing place! I book a appointment with Dr Paul Morrison. What a great experience from start to end. Everyone from Paul, Sarah and Richard were very welcoming and great professionals, the clinic is spotless with a fantastic energy. Just sitting at the reception you know you are going to get better. Cannot recommend Dr Paul Morrison enough he has great communication skills at explaining what he finds and what he can helpyou with. Impressive knowledge with muscular skeletal issues. I met Sarah twice recently following a recommendation from a friend. The consultation lived up to expectations. Her diagnosis and treatment were thorough, professional and inspired confidence. After the 2 sessions for hip and ankle issues, I felt definite improvement and was armed with the appropriate exercises and advice to help me help myself. I look forward to having further sessions with Sarah next time I'm in the Costa Del Sol.
