The story behind Costa Health
Sarah Monaghan is the founder and owner of Costa Health in Riviera del Sol.
Sarah graduated in chiropractic in 2005 and went on to own and manage chiropractic clinics in the UK before moving to Spain.
Since founding Costa Health in 2020, Sarah has overseen the clinic's day-to-day running and its focus on providing a professional, welcoming and personalised experience for every client.
Sarah has a particular interest in golf performance and movement assessment. She works with golfers to better understand how mobility and individual movement patterns can influence their swing and how movement connects with technique.
Alongside her golf work, Sarah provides massage and is trained in laser hair removal and a range of wellness services.
Outside Costa Health, Sarah enjoys family life on the Costa del Sol and spending time on the golf course.
