Booking information
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These terms apply when you book or buy an offering from Costa Health through this website, by telephone or in person. The information shown before you confirm a booking forms part of the agreement.
1. Provider
- Trading name: Costa Health
- Owner: Sarah Monaghan, autónoma
- NIE: Y7920999C
- Email: info@costahealth.es
- Telephone: +34 711 079 431
- Address: Costa Health Riviera, Calle Topacio de Riviera 2, Local 1, Urb. Balcon Del Golf, Riviera del Sol, 29649 Mijas, Málaga
2. Current scope
The website currently presents skin and beauty options, laser hair removal, massage and golf performance. Descriptions, location and any preparation information are shown on the relevant page or confirmed directly before the booking.
3. Prices and deposits
The applicable price and deposit are displayed before checkout. The deposit is currently set at 50% for many online bookings, but the amount shown at checkout is the amount that applies. A deposit is part-payment and is deducted from the remaining balance.
Online card payments are processed by Stripe. A booking is confirmed after the payment succeeds and a confirmation is issued. If the chosen slot cannot be confirmed, any captured deposit will be returned to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel through the secure manage-booking link in the confirmation email or by contacting Costa Health.
- At least 24 hours before the start time: the deposit is returned in full.
- Less than 24 hours before the start time: the deposit is normally retained because the reserved time may not be filled.
- Non-attendance: the deposit is retained. Costa Health may require full advance payment for future bookings after repeated non-attendance.
Eligible card refunds are normally initiated promptly. Banks and card providers commonly take 5 to 10 working days to display the credit.
5. Changes by Costa Health
If Costa Health needs to cancel or materially change a confirmed booking, we will contact you using the details supplied. You may accept a suitable alternative or receive a full return of the amount paid for the affected booking.
6. Arrival and information
- Please arrive on time. A late arrival may shorten the reserved session without reducing the fee.
- Provide accurate contact and booking information.
- Tell the person delivering the session anything relevant to safe product use, comfort or participation, including allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery or restricted movement where applicable.
- Follow preparation and aftercare information given for the booked option.
7. Results and suitability
Individual results and experiences vary. Website descriptions and examples are not guarantees. Costa Health may decline, pause or adapt a session where the booked option is not suitable, and will explain the available next step.
8. Website availability
Reasonable care is taken to keep availability and pricing accurate. A clear error does not bind either party. If an error affects a booking, Costa Health will offer correction, an alternative or a full return of the amount paid.
9. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory law, Costa Health is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made, or for delay caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
10. Personal data
Personal data used for enquiries, bookings and payments is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Stripe and other named providers may process data needed to complete the transaction.
11. Complaints and governing law
Please send complaints to info@costahealth.es or call +34 711 079 431. Official Andalusian complaint and claim forms are available on request at the premises.
Spanish law applies. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts identified under applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
The version in force when you book applies to that booking. Later changes will not reduce rights already acquired under a confirmed agreement.
