Golf Movement
Assessments

A structured golf-specific assessment showing how rotation, balance, stability and mobility relate to your swing.

We look at movement separately from technique, then turn the observations into useful priorities you can apply in practice or share with your golf coach.

Movement and Swing

How movement influences the swing

A golf swing asks for rotation, balance, stability and sequencing in a very short space of time. A limitation in one area can change positions elsewhere in the swing.

The assessment looks at these movement patterns separately, making it easier to see which priorities are most relevant to your goals.

Those findings can then be compared with the swing, creating a shared language between the golfer, Sarah and the golf coach.

What We Measure

Four movement areas in the screen

Structured checks that help explain what your body can currently do through the swing.

Rotation

Checks how comfortably you rotate through the hips, upper body and shoulders in positions relevant to the golf swing.

Balance

Looks at how well you control single-leg and golf-specific balance tasks on both sides.

Movement Sequence

Highlights how different parts of the body coordinate through a task and where timing may be limiting the swing.

Stability and Control

Assesses how you maintain posture and control as movement becomes more dynamic and golf-specific.

Using the Results

Three steps from screen to plan

Observe Clearly

Use the same structured screen for every golfer so priorities are based on observable movement, not guesswork.

Connect Movement and Swing

Connect movement findings with visible swing characteristics such as balance, posture, rotation and sequencing.

Set Practical Priorities

Turn the results into a short list of movement and coaching priorities that fit your goals and current capacity.

Your Results

Clear priorities for practice and coaching

You leave with a concise summary of the movement areas observed during the assessment and the priorities most relevant to your swing goals.

We explain which observations relate to movement and which points are best explored with your golf coach. That keeps the next steps focused and easy to understand.

Where useful, the summary can be shared with your coach so movement priorities and technical practice support the same objective.

"The screen gave me a much clearer view of what was limiting my swing. The priorities were specific, easy to understand and helped me make meaningful changes to my game."
