Andrea’s journey to becoming a fitness professional began after being diagnosed with scoliosis at an early age. She struggled with low confidence and dreaded PE classes. She overcame these obstacles through determination and proper training and mastered challenging movements like pull-ups. This personal transformation fuels her passion for helping others fall in love with exercise and discover their strength.
With a background in Psychology and Sports Performance (MSc), Andrea understands that peak performance requires harmony between the mind and body. Her integrated approach addresses physical and mental aspects of fitness, helping individuals overcome barriers and build lasting healthy habits.
As a mother and women’s fitness specialist, she has particular expertise in supporting women through all life stages, including pre and postnatal fitness and menopause. Her evidence-based nutrition guidance ensures clients fuel their bodies appropriately to achieve their goals.
